Power Point Batteries are Warranted against all defect in material and workmanship lability under this is limited to making good of defects arising solely from the use of faulty matenal o r workmanship during manufacture and developing under proper use. The warranty commence from the date of delivery to the original end user.
I n case where the battery is replaced. the defective battery being replaced becomes the property of the company and no scrap rebate will b e given for it. The warranty period on the new replaced battery shall commence from the date of sale o f the original battery as stated in the original warranty card.
All labilities under this warranty will cease on the transter of the battery to any party other than the original purchaser.
Recharging is not covered under the purview o f this warranty and this shall be billed torextra.
It is a condition o f this warranty that the battery is returned unopened and complete with electrolyte, ireight paid to the dealer from whom it has been purchased. the charging system and electcal circuit of the inverter it required shall b e checked by the company authorised personal or dealer before finalizing settlement of any warranty claim.
